California EFNEP

Programs

EFNEP offers education that helps adults, youth, and families build healthier habits. Through hands-on, research-based lessons, EFNEP focuses on nutrition, physical activity, food safety, and making the most of food resources. Programming is delivered in community settings across California by trained nutrition educators and partners.

Adult EFNEP

Adult EFNEP supports adults in developing practical skills for healthier eating, safe food handling, physical activity, and managing food budgets. Classes are designed to fit real-life needs and support healthier choices for individuals and families.

Youth EFNEP

Youth EFNEP helps children and teens build healthy habits early through engaging, age-appropriate nutrition and physical activity education. Lessons are delivered in schools and community settings and support lifelong wellness.
