This publication provides guidance to public and private planners on how to protect aquatic habitat of cold-water fish, mainly salmon and trout (salmonids) during land development. Some potential impacts of development can be reversed or avoided by exercising informed judgment during the planning and review of proposed projects.
Also includes suggestions for ways to reverse impacts that have already occurred.
