Full title: Gardening During COVID-19: Experiences from gardeners around the world
In early 2020 as the first wave of COVID-19 swept across the globe, interest in gardening appeared to surge as well. A team of researchers wanted to know if and how gardens were able to deliver the benefits of physical and mental health, food production, and social connection in an especially stressful time. This report explains their findings.
